It’s Going To Be Wild!

Saturday 6th December from 4.30pm

This year’s theme is all about exploring and celebrating the urban wildlife in our neighbourhood. Join us on a WILD WALK exploring nature in our local area. Our discoveries will help us to design the lantern parade. Or come along to one of our WORKSHOPS to make your own lantern and join the parade!

Wildpace Wellbeing Walk

meet in the garden at Barton Hill Settlement (main building if raining), all ages welcome,  no booking necessary. Children must be accompanied.

Lantern Workshop, BigUp Barton Hill, The Urban Park

All ages, drop in, children must be accompanied by an adult

October 5th  10am - 12pm

Owls and Birds of Prey Walk with St George Park Wildlife Club

Meet outside The Beehive Centre, all ages welcome, no booking necessary

Join us for a pre-lantern parade GLOW, preview the lanterns made during the half-term workshops and find out more about the project and parade

Bethesda/The Spark Space

Lantern making social/masterclass for ADULTS,  learn new skills and make your own large lantern, book on more than one session to go big!

​Workshops will happen at the following local schools - Summerhill Academy, Redfield Educate Together, St Patricks Primary School and Barton Hill Primary School. Please check with your primary school office for times and booking onto the family after school workshops.
